Austrian Dollar Sign Handcuffs.  There is an ongoing debate as to the country of origin of these totally unusual and restrictive handcuffs.  Some put them as Austrian, Some German, Some Finnish.  Regardless they are one of the most unusual designs ever to come into production.  While the handcuff is rare, this model suffers from some rust.  

The handcuff condition is fair.
The handcuff does not come with a key.
The handcuff does open and close.
